Terms

These terms cover your use of KenyaJeepSafaris.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment arrives or, for corporate accounts, once a driver accepts.

Payments and refunds

We collect payment by M-Pesa and pay drivers after the trip. Refunds follow the cancellation policy shown when you book.

Self-drive

You need a valid driving licence. The security deposit is returned after the return check, less any agreed damage.

Drivers and operators

Drivers and companies must keep their documents valid. Accounts with expired documents are hidden from search.
